Uncomfortable Good for shoes
The straps are very rough which combined with Merrell's continuous sizing of shoes for people with obesity or swelling means the straps are loose and uncomfortable. The brands you're looking for are Olukai or Reef, thought I'd give Merrell another shot and unfortunately they continue to make things for a larger audience.
