Very useful for a specific need - 2 screens one is VGA and one is HDMI and 2 computers
I have a work laptop and a home desktop running on the same 2 screens. One screen is older and VGA, the other is newer and HDMI. This solved the problem and also provided a USB charging dock and a small extension cord to switch between two machines. A NOTICE. Pay attention to the connector for connecting an additional switch. Tilting the main box up will bend and nearly destroy the tab on the cable to the expansion switch. This plug is so soft/thin. If you have to tilt the main switch box to see the rear terminals, DISCONNECT THE WIRE FROM THE SMALL EXTENSION SWITCH or you will bend it.
