Nice foot massager TENS

I am very impressed with this foot massager. It works on the basis of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) technology and does a great job of massaging the legs and relieving minor pain and soreness. It makes a difference for me and helps me relax after a long day at work. The massager is a bit bulky, but well made. It has 2 independent TENS channels - one for the foot massager itself and the other on the side where you can connect electrode pads (4 are included but you can connect up to 2 at a time). Optionally, you can attach calf pads for TENS therapy. I already have a TENS device, so I don't need a second channel. The massager is easy to use. I have a TENS unit, so I know what to expect and got used to it quickly. There are many modes and intensity levels to suit your needs. I would recommend starting at the lowest level and working your way up until you feel tingling. Then slowly adjust to a comfortable level. Otherwise, you might get an unexpected shock. I would also suggest washing your feet first and towel drying them a bit before using the massager. A little moisture on your feet will help conduct electrical impulses better, reducing the chances of getting a nasty electrocution. I appreciate that the massager comes with a small remote control. This gives you complete control without getting up from your chair, no need to bend down to reach the massager. I also like the additional heating function, which goes well with the massage. The LCD color display is easy to read and the timer function is practical. Overall, this is a good foot massager. This works great for me. It's well built, if a little clunky. Remember, this is a TENS massager, so there are no kneading or squeezing motors. They are simply electrical impulses that stimulate the leg muscles. Other than that, he's pretty good at helping me relax. I would recommend it.
