VERY inconvenient and difficult to use! Not many features.

Volume control is so complicated that this device is almost useless. As the knobs rotate from lock to lock, it takes quite a while before there is any sound, then the volume starts ramping up so quickly that it's almost impossible to find the volume I want, I have to keep walking around the room going from room to room to make those tiny hair adjustments and make big volume changes. Then, when it reaches a certain level, almost the last two-thirds of the knob's rotation changes the volume very little. The remote control is almost unusable and the instructions are no better. Are you still trying to figure out how things work through trial and error. In general, nothing good. There is no timer shutdown function. I couldn't get the USB or SD functions to work at all. no instructions on how to use these functions. There's a dial for selecting inputs, as well as the ability to select inputs on the display with buttons or a remote control - they don't generally mix well with each other. I can't change the inputs without adjusting both, making the remote unusable. The remote changes the overall volume (radio and BT only, not AUX) and doesn't do anything else - except turn off the device, but that really only serves to turn off the volume. The remote volume increments are also extremely inconsistent. Sometimes there is a one step increase and no change, sometimes you get a big change. Going from volume to two, volume one mutes the sound, but volume 2 is pretty loud and there aren't any subtle changes, there's almost no control over this unnecessary device. The FM tuner must have scanned and stored the available local stations, which is good, but after much trial and error on how to set the presets (which I usually quickly understand) I was only able to add static presets. Customer service is non-existent. Not bad customer service - no. but after some time trying to figure out how to install the presets (which I usually pick up quickly) I was only able to add static presets. There is no support service.
