Worst product ever, disappointed with the purchase.

A year and 2(! ) days have passed since I bought a controller and the sticks started sticking. The ASC confirmed it, but because the warranty has already passed (2 days ! ), then they can’t do anything and offered to buy a new gamepad. Complete lack of customer focus.
 I wanted to buy a PS5, but now, perhaps, I will not)
