If I could give zero stars I would. I have a Canon MX922. Early last year I got the dreaded B200 error for the first time. After cleaning the printhead, the error disappeared, but recurred 3 times last year and once this year. After the last cleaning, only cyan and black printed, and only when using photo paper settings, so I figured it was time for a new printhead or printer. I chose the printhead due to the lack of affordable printers due to the increase in people working from home due to the coronavirus. After installing the Wolfgray printhead, the test print went well. However, the first document I printed in black and white produced double printed characters (phantom printing). None of the solutions suggested by Canon solved the problem. I replaced it with another one and it immediately gave the B200 error. ISO9001 quality certification and 1 year warranty are a joke when none of the printheads last even a day.
