These look WAY better in person! I was somewhat skeptical because the price was so low, but they are lovely and unique!The installation of the globe is a little sketchy; there is not a clear "catch" for the set screw to grab. One of the two fixtures I installed apparently did not sufficiently "grab" the set screw, so the first time someone slammed the door (happens a lot around here) the bulb fell and shattered.This was 99% my fault; I should have wallered around on the globe after install to ensure it was properly seated. 1% design flaw in that the manufacturer did not anticipate the fact that most people (including this reviewer) will not double check their work.I contacted the seller and they were gracious enough to replace the globe, even though it was my screw up. Now that is great service!I still have not found a bulb that I think looks right in these. Currently have installed a bright white bulb, but I think a softer white/amber would be prettier. Keep in mind the maximum wattage on these is very low, so this is NOT a good choice if you need a flood of light. For the vast majority of residential exterior lighting this is perfect ambient light that is complimentary but not distracting.
