Bought this kit and the SVS Wireless Audio Path Kit. In exactly the same configuration, I found the SVS kit to be unreliable, often outputting a distorted signal to my subwoofer even when the transmitter and receiver were only 6 feet apart. This kit works reliably and I have had no problems with it. it still is. I also think running in the 5GHz band offers lower latency, which is always a good thing. The Audyssey software measured the subwoofer 3.5 meters further than it really is, which equates to a 10ms latency, which I find very good.
