Complicated installation. Badly designed. Not worth buying.
Installation was difficult from the start. The included plastic drywall anchors are HUGE and very difficult to use without making a HUGE hole. Once I put them in, they didn't even sit comfortably without squeezing. They also refused to fit snugly against the wall, leaving a small gap that looked silly. I tried another without anchors and just drove the screws right into the drywall. This decision was worse. The shelf barely stood up straight and also left a small gap. I would prefer not to buy them at all. For now, using duct tape along with screws makes them doable.
