This is definitely great sleepwear for a baby. Not sure if it is 100% cotton but the fabric looks good and breathable. The best part is these are adjustable and easy to use.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Very good quality baby onesies. Overall good Stichting and built quality- Comes with a hat in combo- With a tie at the bottom, these are super adjustable- Easy to use, especially while changing diapers- Can't say it is 100% cotton but the majority of the portion should be cotton. It is very breathable- Soft material- Very comfortable fabric and baby is going to love this dress with any dis-comfort- Simple design- Gender-neutral and would go for both a baby boy or a girl- Very reasonably priced for being a combo with a hatCons:- These are a little bigger in size for newborns. Probably it falls into the 6-9 month category. Deducting that one star for this reason. I wish they had different sizes available instead of one generic one
