I'm changing my star rating to one after originally giving it three stars because Yealink not only has bad support, they don't have support - either one Devices I've bought, the touchscreen has failed and I've created a ticket with it - I've received a response saying a ticket has been created, but haven't received anything from them. I updated the ticket and explained that I didn't get a response from them. I received another email saying they received an update to the application but did not respond. They will not respond to their own ticket creation, so no support! Update - I returned the product but never received a replacement or refund - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
