This is an amazing waste management system. Unique beneficial bacteria in their original form absorb all the dirt, rotting feed and fish droppings stuck under the gravel. It's amazing to see when my Oscar poops within two or three days his poop has completely broken down to the point where it looks like it's gone. Even under a layer of gravel, very little waste is left behind. I do regular water changes about every 3 weeks and before cleaning I took this picture under the tank. The picture speaks for itself. The water in the tank stays crystal clear like everything else. Perfection and stability - both products together form a great team of bacteria that perform different tasks. Every aquarist should have this in their office. I highly recommend it.
