I really like this thing! This purchase changed my life! It is very easy to use and the water heating is a great feature. For everyone suffering from chronic urinary tract infections, BUY ONE OF THEM! I suffered from such chronic UTIs that I took antibiotics every month for a year. I've been to a urologist, tried a lot of medications, drank tons of lemon water, taken cranberries, anything I could think of to stop it. I did a little research and found that a bidet can be very helpful when you have this problem so I bought one and it has seriously changed my life! I haven't had a single infection since I bought this thing! My urologist never mentioned it would fix the situation, didn't even suggest it. I know there are many women who suffer from chronic urinary tract infections like me and if so, buy this! This will seriously change your life. Never again without a bidet! expensive bidet for my kids bathroom because they constantly wanted to use my bathroom so they could use the bidet and the cheaper one I bought is not that good. The water is freezing and the current is a bit rough if I say so. If you're not careful, you can just give yourself an enema! The BioBidet is so much better! It warms your seat, heats the water and is so easy to control. There are custom settings for women and there is even a setting for children. The only downside is that you have to have a plug behind the toilet. May not be an option so just something to know if you are interested in buying that. love love love this product!
