I was really looking forward to this because I've just started steaming, especially since it's healthier and easier to clean. I have to say, overall I'm not disappointed. I like it very much so far. Cooking and cleaning is very easy. I like the timer too. The food is delicious! However, a major disadvantage is that this oven gets dirty easily due to the materials it is made of. I marinate a lot of food, make hot sauces and such. After one preparation, the tray is already dirty. I know I can put it in a foil bag, but I want the juice to drip onto my veggies underneath. This is to be expected given it's plastic, but it's still a very noticeable downside due to the material. But if you want to steam food quickly and in larger quantities I would VERY VERY recommend.
