Great product and support

The monitor works very well. At first I couldn't connect it via the USB-C ports. Their customer service was excellent and found that my computer was not Thunderbolt 3 compatible, which is required to use the USB-C port. However, I connect it via HDMI and the monitor works great. It's light, portable, has a good color and a very nice smart case. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend it as a great portable monitor.
