UPDATE: OK, the seller contacted me and offered to solve the problem by offering a refund or a new cartridge. Overall a bad experience ended up being positive, I would buy and try them again simply because they stand behind their products. UPDATE: I've had the ink for a little over 5 weeks and have printed maybe 65 regular prints on plated paper. and no ink! WOW. It will hold about 25% of what a new cartridge will hold and about 50% of what is charged by another. I will not buy again. Works great, just like new brands. I've bought other refills and had some issues with them, but after 1 week I've had plenty of prints and no issues.
