Great software, but bad Customer Service

I like that it's easy to use and that it's integrated with other programs. I also like that it's intuitive and quick to learn. I dislike that the customer service is not great. I've had to call them multiple times to get a simple issue resolved. I don't know if this is because it's a small company or what. I highly recommend this program. It makes tracking the progress of trainees through the program simple. It also helps with the paperwork that comes with the program. It is a very convenient program and I've heard that it has a lot of features that other programs don't have. I've used it for over a year now and have found it to be reliable and easy to use.

  • The ease in which you can track candidates' hours
  • Customer support when needed they're friendly, knowledgeable
  • Good product! Highly recommended.
  • Great price point especially compared w/ its competitors (such as Peoples.)
Cons
  • Not sure about pricing structure
  • Somewhat complicated interface sometimes
