I've searched and now I know it's a common solution to help people with dementia and cognitive dysfunction navigate their way. In my case it is for my 90 year old mother who recently had a significant decline. The watch arrived quickly. The packaging was safe. The size is big enough to see through the office or living room! I was pleasantly surprised to find the clock was already set, just 2 minutes from the right time. It was easy to set the time and I set it to minutes. It has functions to set multiple alarms. I hope this feature will be useful to remind mom to take medicine etc. We'll see. Mom definitely likes it and she uses it several times a day. Nurses, OT and PT staff are impressed. PT decided to get the same watch for her 94-year-old mother.
