I like that they are able to screen reports very quickly. They have been able to help with several different issues we've had over time. Their support has also always been great! We don't really dislike anything about them as it all seems perfect but if you want something fixed or changed just ask for it. Great company overall! Their service does work well for us and their customer service has always been amazing too. This service provides us with an easy way to screen our candidates for security clearances! It's quick, reliable, and easy to use. I would recommend this product because it makes my job easier by providing me with quality information that allows me to make sound decisions about who should be considered for a background investigation! We've been able to cut down time spent processing applications significantly.
