Perfect cleaning of retainers on the go! I carry it in my purse (doesn't leak). I brush my teeth, apply the foam as instructed and put my retainers back in. Simply that way. As far as teeth whitening goes, I haven't noticed any change. But clean retainers and no cavities deserve my recommendation!
