Review on VCELINK Shielded Ethernet Connector: An Efficient Modular Solution by Max Rosengren

Revainrating 1 out of 5

AWG 23 with good threads but poor crimp with bent pins. Does not squeeze the PVC jacket.

I was excited to use them for protection and looks but went back to Cable Matters 180064 to finish the job: https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-100-Pack-Modular -Diameter/ dp /B01CKLKBWS The first crimp bent pin 3. The second crimp looked like it was wired to the end of the RJ45 but checking the cable showed it was open. I also don't like that the bushings have a hole where you would normally crimp the PVC; the trunk does not compensate for attaching the cord to the outlet. They're good for the aesthetics, that's all. When the first 2/25 were bad, it was enough for me to reject them. I don't like passports at all. That's extra work for those who know what they're doing. I think the same thing about dual setup. I just couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so I decided to give these a try.
