Review on Online Travel Booking System by Marco Wilson

OTS has been working great for us in our office since we started using it last year! It's easy to use and user friendly. We have not had any problems with this software at all so far. Our customers love how simple their booking experience is when they are looking through this website. I would highly recommend this product if you're searching for something very similar to what we used before but more modernized than that. We went from using multiple spreadsheets to just having everything in 1 place. Customer service can be difficult sometimes due to lack of knowledge about other languages. However, customer support is always willing to help out regardless of language barrier issues.
