I made a buy from JFEELE not too long ago, and I am profoundly dissatisfied with the service I received. The website itself was clumsy to use, and the purchasing procedure was a nightmare. It took me several trips back and forth to the store to finally make my buy. Second, the apparel and footwear I was given were of low grade. There were flaws and sloppy stitching in some of the goods. When I contacted customer support, they were rude and useless when I asked for a refund. JFEELE stands out from the crowd because of the company's indifference to product and service. I've shopped at other online clothing retailers with better product quality and faster response times from customer support. If you're searching for well-made garments and a pleasant shopping experience, I wouldn't suggest JFEELE.
