Excellent sunglasses. In fact, special polarized lenses make a difference for me. I have eye damage where glare is a big problem. I can go outside on a clear day and have no problems. They were reportedly built to combat the worst ocean glare in the Caribbean. As far as I can tell they work as advertised. I've had a few of these for several years. The only downside is that you now get cheaper leather and what looks like a heavy cardboard or plastic case. You used to get a soft cloth case and a very impressive zippered hard case. Although the case is disappointing, the goggles are still excellent. The bottom line is, if you have a valid medical need and/or can swallow without choking at a high cost, you won't be disappointed.
