The only thing you notice right out of the box is that it looks and feels like a toy. The facial plastic surgery looks thin and hollow, the body of the device has no weight. The knob was so big and sticking out so far it looked weird. However, the fit and finish is poor. My pen had sharp plastic nubs that stuck out because they didn't bother to smooth the edges when they pushed the pen out of the mold at the factory. In addition, this handle protrudes a little. My del sol has a radio cover that acts like a drawer and doesn't reveal the handle. I couldn't even finish installing this unit due to the grip gap, so I never got around to testing the unit.
