It hurts and doesn't spin
It's a joke to say that you can disassemble them and take them out shooting. Once I've put them together I never want to do it again, and certainly not for something urgent, which is almost every shoot. However, when together they do the expected job, except they're not very useful as part of a GVM lighting kit as they can't turn down at all. Get ready to blind objects at eye level. The solution is to buy a rotating adapter to connect to the stand. Acceptable quality costs about $30 each.
