The best part is that you can track everything in one place! This makes it easy when someone forgets about their PTO or sick days taken so far this year etc.. It also helps if there are multiple people at work who need access as well because they will be able see what everyone else has been doing throughout out our entire calendar month which allows us more transparency into how we're using up each of these resources (PTO/sick). Sometimes I am unable to find things easily such as an email sent by another person but not yet received within my account. There's nothing specifically wrong here other than maybe some organization would help make finding items easier? Our department uses centrolity primarily through its web-based app where most managers have full control over vacation use including approving leaves early online before sending them via mail - no paper ever gets touched unless necessary.
