I was trying to resize my old one which is at least 30 years old and was happy to see it a bit wider. It looks well done and I expect Thanksgiving turkeys to come out just as moist and roasted as I always have. The ratings and price for this option are superior to other designs I have reviewed. I have chosen to stick with a tried and tested pan that I am familiar with rather than paying more for a stainless steel pan with many 'disappointed' reviews! The preparation of future turkeys does not need to be improved! I'm glad I'm sticking with this traditional brazier style. The lid makes more sense than the shelf some people include - just another thing that takes a long time to clean! These classic ceramic coated skewers are super easy to clean!
