First I wrote a very negative review about this sensor, but now I found the cause of my problem. I had trouble getting readings with this sensor from the start and yesterday it stopped reading altogether! Taking a closer look at the device, I found that the plastic cover had shifted and was preventing the needle from moving. The design is such that when you apply pressure to the plastic surface, it moves and eventually prevents the reading from being read. So. Be VERY careful not to put pressure on the front of the device. I hope that the device is now working efficiently - I'm getting readings now!
