Great multi cooker. It's easy to use. Suitable for whole chickens and roasts weighing 3 to 4 pounds. It's just a matter of quality control. I have ordered two of these pans and have had problems with the pan both times. When I first ordered a small part of the bottom of the pot broke off. On my second order, either the inner bowl was chipped and white spots were visible under the black coating, or the ceramic bowl had small white spots that couldn't be removed. 3 stars for quality issues. I hope it works for the third time.
