I'm not sure about the negative and false claims that have been posted. Contest? I had no connection issues when I followed the instructions to temporarily disable my router's 5G band. (I turned 5G back on after connecting the camera to 2.4G.) It has a sharp image, the light is decent (but doesn't really need it because the night vision works so well). Maybe it would help deter the invaders. I can follow the live view on my phone over wifi or cellular data. It records video to an SD card and I can view the footage through my phone, whether it's Wi-Fi or cellular. The video recording timeline in the phone app has red markers to indicate motion has been detected. Nice feature to help with quick searches. I like being able to set it to overwrite previous frames when the card is full, or set it to stop recording when it's full. Also, I can format the card (from my phone) to erase the card and start over whenever I want. They provide a QR code link to the full manual, but the little quick start guide that comes in the package and the in-app instructions were all I needed. I am very satisfied and recommend it to a friend.
