Although it has a simple sleeve design, it really took the pain out of my knees when I went to practice. It has a small zigzag silicone roller at the top that prevents the case from moving down. I thought it was too noticeable but I can't tell at all when using it. I also thought I should buy something quick and easy to put on (z can be so lazy). Finally, I thought it was too hot in the Texas summer — well, EVERYTHING is too hot for a Texas summer, but the support didn't add any discomfort or weirdness.
