My left knee started to hurt a little during exercise so I bought these for a little support. Definitely warmer than I was hoping (mainly because it's summer and hot) but it makes sense since they're thick. I had no issues with gliding, which is impressive given that my thighs are naturally much thicker than my knees and calves. I haven't worn them much yet, so I don't know if they will stretch later or not. Very good for the price.

This knee pad did not cause any allergic reactions! So there is definitely no latex, rubber or neoprene in the material. Hooray!
