Did exactly what I expected

Although the texture of these items is felt I think that is to be expected as they are waterproof. I've used them while hiking in national parks in Utah. While in Zion I traveled through the ravines. I know I got wet and didn't need waterproof socks for the hike. But where they were perfect was in the hiking afterwards when my boots were wet. I dried off, switched to these wool socks and never had a problem. Designed for the perfect day after an unplanned water adventure.
