Review on ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Privacy Screen Protector for Akamai 15 inch Surface Book 2 and 3 Computer (16:9) - Removable Edge-to-Edge Glass - Blue Light Filter - Anti-Glare Laptop Screen Protector by Chris Moody

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Does exactly what I was hoping for.

I gave it 5 stars because it does exactly what I need it to. Yes, it does darken the screen a bit, but that's inevitable with this type of materials technology, and while I wouldn't try to color edit the screen in production, it blocks the slanted view very effectively. I'm not sure if this is fully sufficient for the person sitting next to you on the plane. but I only use it because my work sometimes forces me to sift through the data that is not intended for general use and this prevents it from being uncovered quite effectively. I use a mount with a transparent tab so I can remove it if I want and yes you can see them - totally invisible materials aren't a thing yet :) but I found I didn't see the tabs or notch afterwards once notice day use. By the way it looks like garbage because of my bad camera phone. IRL looks a little better. Also, the marked lines are a 60 degree arc, so you can see that at that angle the entire screen is ALMOST blacked out, but if you go a little further than I did in the video, it looks like like the screen is off. ), but I found that after 3 days of use I didn't even notice any protrusions or notches. Pros
  • BLUE LIGHT AND ANTI-REFLECTIVE EYE PROTECTION. The Akamai filter not only protects your credentials and other data from prying eyes, but also reduces the harmful effects of blue light by 70%. And its 9H hardness rating also provides some level of physical protection for your screen.
Cons
  • Only available in white
