Makes your laptop look ugly

I was having a problem with glare during the day and was hoping this product could fix it. I installed it as soon as I received it. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. To install it on your laptop, you need to connect it to the monitor. The tape is very visible on the screen and very ugly. It also doesn't stay activated so you'll have to fix it from time to time. It's already falling apart in less than a week with light use. My laptop also has a touchscreen and this has had aโ€ฆ

Great privacy screen, tabs are easy to remove and replace!

I love this privacy screen. It's good quality and I've been great all week. If you're sitting in a small space (e.g. next to you on an airplane), the person next to you can see about half of the screen. For optimal privacy, dim the screen until you can't see it, then turn it up one level. This offers maximum security. You can see blurred outlines but read nothing. I like this screen for its ease of use. I used tabs to attach it which makes it super easy - when I don't want to use it I canโ€ฆ

Does exactly what I was hoping for.

I gave it 5 stars because it does exactly what I need it to. Yes, it does darken the screen a bit, but that's inevitable with this type of materials technology, and while I wouldn't try to color edit the screen in production, it blocks the slanted view very effectively. I'm not sure if this is fully sufficient for the person sitting next to you on the plane. but I only use it because my work sometimes forces me to sift through the data that is not intended for general use and this prevents itโ€ฆ
