Bought a very large size based on the size chart and how other similar items fit. The sleeves stretched to fit me, but they were skin tight and unattractive. The bust was just the right size for me and the stomach area was loose enough to flatter. So everything but the guns was flattering. All in all it was a good shirt. Good colour, nice fabric but the sleeves were much tighter and thinner than the rest of the size XL shirt. As I mostly wear these t-shirts under t-shirts to block UV light (both indoors and outdoors) and prevent flare-ups of lupus erythematosus. One of the most important aspects of a UPF sun shirt for me is the fit of the sleeves all year round.
