My idea was to drill holes on each side of the ceiling joists (top) and pierce through them so I can see the joists (bottom) while I cut the skin strips for the new groove and Install Feather Blanket. It didn't work because they wouldn't stick to even a small piece of straw and just fell through. no matter what they really are for.
