Although not memory foam they work well

Smells like 2019 Accord leather. I had a lot of wear on the driver's side armrest, so I replaced both fronts while I was on it. The pads feel and smell like I just pulled them out of my current EX-L. Installation wasn't too difficult, you just have to be careful not to break the fairing brackets, the tweeter covers or the cables behind the door panels. Remove a total of about eight screws and the armrest replacement is complete. I would buy again.
