Molecula - Great CRM product and support team

The ability to have multiple reports per user is great! I was able to create different reporting options for my customers without having to ask them what they wanted. For example, one customer only wants access to sales by week. With Molecula we were able to give her just that, with no additional requests from me. Not being required to keep track of all of my users' request could be overwhelming at times. Especially because some customers are looking for so many features it can sometimes seem like too much information coming in. Also, there isn't always enough space in your inboxes to answer questions/inquiries about Molecula or other products you offer - which means that if someone contacts you after hours (or days), you won't necessarily know how best to respond until morning when you're ready to check emails again.   • I can give my customers different options for reporting and they can just check a different one based on what they're looking for

  • Also, sometimes there isn't enough space in my inboxes to respond to questions
