ZEYER Online Store has not met my expectations.

As someone who enjoys shopping online and is passionate about beauty, I couldn't wait to check out the ZEYER online store. However, the encounter left me feeling let down and frustrated. To begin, the website is disorganized and difficult to navigate. It is not easy to find what you are looking for, and the search tool does not provide a lot of assistance when trying to do so. Redesigning the website so that it is less complicated and more intuitive for visitors would be beneficial. Second, although they sell a comprehensive selection of cosmetics and items for personal hygiene, the prices of their wares are prohibitively expensive. On other websites, I was able to get comparable things for a significantly lower price. If ZEYER want to maintain their position as a competitive player in the industry, they will need to reevaluate their pricing approach. Thirdly, there was a deficiency in their client service. After I had contacted them with a question regarding my order, it took them several days to react, and even after they did, they did not offer a solution that was satisfactory. Last but not least, I discovered that the individualized recommendations they provided weren't all that helpful. It looked as though they were just recommending their most pricey products, regardless of my requirements or the resources I had available. My experience shopping at ZEYER's online store was, on the whole, less than impressive. While they do provide a wide variety of products, there is room for development in regard to the quality of their website, pricing, customer service, and recommendations. I have decided not to do business with them in the future.
