Exactly as shown. Well packed. I didn't expect them to be bright in color. The smooth ceramic surface has become rough like sandpaper. I also noticed some sharp pieces of pottery in the stones and around the stone holes. Afraid that these pieces would tear my betta's fins if they floated through the small holes, I used sandpaper to remove the glowing paint as well as the sharp edges. This decorative piece is still worth buying and looks great in my aquarium, but be prepared to sand down the sharp edges. :)
