Review on πŸ’Š Stacker 2 Fat Burner Capsules Review: Ephedra-Free & Convenient 100-Count Bottle by Kimberly Evans

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Avoid energy drinks.

Before I say anything else, I would like to point out that these capsules have more than doubled their original price. This is great for someone who has been a fan for years. I have a lot to say about forklifts. First about the bad. Yes, they (or any caffeine-based energy supplement) can drive you crazy. I knew a man who ate 4 the first time he took them and ended up in the hospital thinking he was going to die. He didn't, but I would never have done that trick. Second, I know some people who are a little addicted to them, but they have NOT taken them as recommended, and fine. IMHO it's not a good idea to get used to taking something like this every day. Now for the good. There is almost no difference between ingestion and a cup of strong coffee, except that they are capsules. When taken as directed, it provides a great boost of energy despite the fact that the ingredients are all natural. What I do and have done for many years is open a capsule, pour it into a liter bottle of water, tea or juice and drink whatever I do. It works as a GREAT energy drink. It never makes me nervous. It keeps me happy throughout my workouts and keeps me alive and alert at late night gigs (I'm a musician). In my experience, taking 2-4 of these drinks a week (on different days of course) is perfectly safe, way cheaper than energy drinks or coffee, and doesn't cause addiction in anyone. I have a very exciting personality and they have never overwhelmed me. I'll end this by saying that I would say all of the above about each energy capsule. I was only a fan of Stackers since they contained ephedra, and although I've tried others, I kept coming back to this one.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
