And that should save me time?

I installed HDDBoost on my C drive with an Intel 40GN SSD. It worked, but Windows lost a separate physical data drive. The physical disk was present and correctly recognized in the CMOS setup, but it was listed as "Dynamic Disk" in Diskmgmt.msc. all data) and split again. Then they acknowledged it. I copied his latest backup onto it. I reinstalled HDDBoost and SSD. Everything was fine now. I've measured speed gains: 1) finishing BIOS POST for Windows before full boot: from 140 seconds to 103 seconds (26% improvement); 2) loading Firefox, 15 to 10 seconds (33%); 4) Load word 4th sec to 3 (25%); 5) Load a WordPerfect w file from 6 to 2 seconds (67%); 6) Windows shutdown from 27 seconds to 20 seconds (26%); 212 s to 143 or 69 s faster for a total of six processes, or a speed improvement of 32%. Not bad. However, after a month my computer would not boot. I couldn't even find my C drive in BIOS. I removed HDDBoost (again) and the BIOS found the C drive and the PC booted up fine. A few days later, after the HDDBoost was finally removed from the case where it sat with no electrical connection to the rest of the PC, the PC didn't post at all. I reset the CMOS but the PC still didn't post but instead made continuous short beeps (24 of them) then shut down and restarted 24 beeps etc. The troubleshooting code for my Gigabyte motherboard said it was a " Power failure" acts". ".I disconnected and reconnected all cables from the PC. Not good. Gigabyte said my symptoms usually indicate unstable memory, so I removed all memory from the mobo, removed the built-in battery, to clear the CMOS and then inserted a memory stick into the slot closest to the CPU. The system booted into the BIOS. I reset the BIOS to load the default failsafe and optimized settings. I then did the remaining 3 RAM modules added and the PC booted up successfully This story could consist of two separate problems (data drive loss t; bad RAM), but I'm not taking any chances. I don't reinstall HDDBoost. And I lost 160$ for HDDBoost and SDD and also lost time for troubleshooting. And it should have saved me time.
