The ease to use by our engineers was one thing I liked best about this software! It's very easy for people who are not techy or computer savvy at all as well those more advanced users alike can find it simple enough even without any support from their technical team (which we had).

We have been able solve most issues ourselves which has saved us time & money compared to hiring someone else just so they could take over managing them after some months/years later when things got complicated again - hence saving both costs but also making sure there isn't much downtime between fixes since everything happens under your own roof rather than having another person do these jobs only once you've lost patience waiting around etc.. This saves huge amounts especially during times where work slows down like now due to COVID-19 pandemic situation here locally too plus global impact.
