Easy. Effective. Ready to use.
I just used it and I like it very much. Most of these long-handled cleaners have parts that are difficult to take apart. It was very easy and changing the head from sponge to squeegee is very easy. The blade could have been a bit stronger, but it worked well and the second floor windows never looked cleaner. I didn't have to use the step stool, but it still has great reach and fits in any small closet when not in use.
