Use on either a cattail or plastic bag to suck it up through the electrical conduit and attach to the opposite end of the conduit using a shop vacuum to attach to a fishing line fasten to pass wires through. Make sure you have something on the end of the vacuum nozzle so you don't suck it in or you could run into trouble. It comes out freely, without much effort, very well and quickly.
