Review on 🔐 Sabrent Locking Drives with Straight Cable by Brad Phifer

My computer had a 250GB SSD which I upgraded to 500GB. my Lenovo laptop (it's old) so I can use it as an internal drive and figured I could always just move it to my computer if I wanted to. While that was my intention and it works, I mainly use the drive externally with this adapter. I'm running a VM with 100GB of storage (although it's VDI) and 16GB of RAM running multiple typescript projects at the same time. Had no problems with this drive, no problems in the 7 months I've owned it. Also note that you can use it to recover files from a drive that no longer boots or you no longer have a computer. (e.g. you threw away the computer but saved the hard drive to retrieve the files later) (it depends on the condition of the hard drive, if the boot files were corrupted but the hard drive is ok, then it's ok if the partitions are damaged or you have bad hardware that it can't be read or decrypted on, you're out of luck).
