Where's the quality control? I was very disappointed to find huge stains on ALL THREE corners of each button after opening the diffuser. Literally huge spots right under EVERYONE. SINGLE. ACT. The pictures don't do it justice. How did it go unnoticed? I'm disappointed because customers don't want to spend their hard-earned money to buy a product and then when they finally get it they have to spend their valuable time repackaging a dirty product, printing a return label, a trip to the store to spend. UPS Store (amid COVID) just to return it. I could live with one small stain, but three huge ones?! Oh well! Anyway, at least the diffuser itself struck me as of good quality, so here it is. But stains I can't live with. Another customer also mentioned this (see pictures). I just requested a replacement from Revain. Fingers crossed this one doesn't come with yellow stains. By the way I never leave negative feedback on Revain (this is my only one) because I know mistakes happen but I honestly believe someone tried to make a quick mistake by shipping this product as is, or by packing blindfolded. this one doesn't come with yellow patches.
