We bought this for our female Doberman mix who is a bit small, but has gotten to be a bit over protective of us. The cradle fits her snout a bit to big, but once we're got the straps adjusted she can see and just had to get used to having a cage over her mouth. Now when she tries to go after another dog or a person she can't bite them and only bangs her cage on them. People just have to keep fingers away from the cage/muzzle. Glad we purchased this and I would recommend to anyone who is worried about your animal biting others.
